Howdy Geris!

Sadly, there are lots of people who think they know it all when it comes to operating these engines; I've had worse comments on my videos, but there is really no substantial proof from the comment.

I've tried this myself, but found that nothing really works. It just depends on the motor, which is another reason I love the Plarail line.

The engines -- steam, diesel, electric, or hybrid -- are temperamental with certain batteries; e.g., my HD300 runs with great power and decent speed with Rayovac, but despises Duracell.

Right I just meant does anyone else get unrelated to video comments from kids. Do they not realize I am an adult collector and really have no need for strange comments of this sort hahaha silly know it all Thomas and Friends kids.

Actually, a lot of kids aren't supposed to be on YouTube; they must be at least 13 years old, but their parents make them a channel and don't really stay involved.

What makes it worse is when a child (under the required age) tries to make a video, with them being seen and heard, and tries to pass off as being "old enough" to be on YouTube; I can't tell you just how many accounts I've had to report to be terminated for violating that age restriction.

One of the worst ones I ever got was a father commenting on my "TrackMaster King of the Railway Reviews"; his six-year-old son got offended when I said that the sets (engines or rolling stock -- can't remember at this point) were garbage, and his son said something along the lines of posting his own video and never using the word "trash" in it. I felt horrible because the father messaged me later on that same week and apologized for his son's behaviour at my thoughts in the video; to make things even worse, his father had even mentioned that he agreed with what I had to say about the trains and cars.

I don't mind when a parent comments for their child (e.g., "my kid loves this video" etc., etc.), but when the child tries to come across as an adult for something they can't understand just yet is really disheartening; I don't like having to report anyone on YouTube, but I really dislike getting almost-essay like apologies from their parents.
