Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - MuddyPoppins - 08-18-2015 The $4.98 NIB Thomas knockoff arrived today... LMAO!! It soooo ridiculously stupid that it's funny!! It won't run on any track but its own...(except for Tomy roadway) Really don't know what else to say... It's just a silly little hunk of crap but silly enough for a good giggle [/quote] RE: Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - MuddyPoppins - 08-18-2015 I made a short video... THIS IS A GREAT CAT TOY!!! http://youtu.be/A4hhvPrrIcw RE: Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - Super - 08-18-2015 Thats pretty fast Muddy. Is it me or did it get noticeably slower as the video went on? RE: Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - Nigels - 08-18-2015 Bearing in mind the absolutely rip off price it manages to stay on the track very well at the speed its going lol! Were the batteries more expensive than the train I have to ask myself Be ok for a small kiddie though I suppose RE: Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - MuddyPoppins - 08-19-2015 Yes Super your keen eye notices everything!!...it burns through a battery in about an hour!! Nigels, it's the cheapness of it not the price... lol It's made of the kind of rubbery plastic that only dentists and school carnival's give out as toy prizes. It cost under $4usd TOTAL! And though it consistently loses it's cars, the engine never fails!! It's actually a great buy that would entertain an infant(and cats) for hours with no real worries about it getting broken RE: Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - Nigels - 08-22-2015 On the subject of 'knock offs' or oddities, I just ran across this one which looks wacky, fun and again is very cheap... Loop the Loop Loco... RE: Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - Nigels - 09-02-2015 Ok, we had the Thomas 'knock off' set, how about what is probably a compatible set to expand it Muddy? I present for you the Despicable 2 Minion 'knock off' train set for a mere £3.99 including postage from china Minion Train Set RE: Thomas knock-off or a cup of coffee? - DalaGStanator - 01-31-2016 (08-18-2015, 03:22 AM)Muddy Poppins Wrote: The $4.98 NIB Thomas knockoff arrived today...
