Ehhh... Duck wasn't the only one.. The missing characters were Duck, Skarloey, Rheneas, Sir Handel, Peter Sam, Duncan, Luke, and Victor.

(Hint: One is meant to be standard gauge, the other is meant to be narrow gauge.)

The answers were Hiro and Victor.

The D51s were narrow gauge locomotives, and Victor's basis (I forget the name) was standard gauge.
