I am not absolutely sure but I don't think you can see that one weight that is on the inside of the motor case through the cab windows. Question, do you see a weight on each side of the cab?

Then its not the weight that inside the motor case that you are seeing so I assume that what you are seeing is 2 more weights. Do those weights in the widows rattle/loose when you shake the engine?

attemped using some superglue and screwdriver, it made it totally worse and my screw is pretty much a circle now
maybe some plyers? (don't know how to spell it lol) could twist the front one out?

Oh dear. An extractor is the only way especially at this point. Maybe there is a fellow collector in your town or country that could help?

Looks like the weight has helped Stain. Too bad you can't get inside to do repairs.
