What four engines' CGI model orthographics were released as a papercraft activity in a Japanese magazine?

EDIT (~8:30 PM EST): Here's a hint: Two are standard gauge, one is narrow gauge, and one is an even narrower engine.

Because this seems to have died again, and it's been several days since I asked my last question and no one has it correct yet, here's the answer.
Thomas, Gordon, Rheneas, and Rex's CGI model orthographics were the ones used in papercraft models of the characters in a magazine.

I will give the next question to PopGoesOldOllie for being the closest to getting it right.
