you also need money for a storage locker to store all the F unit trains and lego sets.

FYI... we had huge storms both Saturday and Sunday and flooded my basement again. Undecided

This time the water leak came behind the house.
The rear gutter was clogged and the water cascaded directly into our Basement window well... go figure!! We had a window fish tank!!

So now, I will have to take down the walls to make sure there are no molds.

Good thing I kept the toys in plastic bins.
The bad, my vinyl records were not. Well the bottom stack were soaked and might have to ditch them Undecided

I would have to consider adding another a sump pump in the rear to have that peace of mind. sigh....

I need to make a go fund me account Confused

Picture below show some of the leak. it spread to the rest of the basement. Too busy cleaning it up to take a picture.

I am so sorry for you AC. After having gone through this before and going through the repairs and remodel you sure don't deserve this again.

In other news....
We snagged another Amtrak Set with extras Angel

And another Lego Technic. I Think we own all of the 2017 sets now.

It was about £100 in the UK, not sure exactly as I bought it months ago...
