I Have a question, So my TnA Percy doesnt read tracks like ALOT and If I jiggle it it says some stuff but what does this mean? is it like jammed or what?

Could be a wire stuck that goes from the activation mechinisim to the circuit board. It also Gould be the activation mechinisim (reader) it self, which I have had some go bad.
