I think he's talking about his because on his box it says 'special themed set' but its not the very rare and elusive yellow box set

This is probably my only set I still have the box for from when I got it when I was younger. I should probably preserve it better, as the box is in a tote with some destinations and the other pieces to the set and can potentially get crushed more.

you can (at least start) to see the apex.
the apex, comes here.
there was a contract, expiring.
this contract, was long in the making.
this contract was- in so many words- east vs west.
hit and motor road.
1 movie 2 sets 2 companies
just like government, their are many branches on the tree.
companies needed to make choices.
the details, i tried to provide above-
and this is not just my words mind you.
one has to understand, those decisions, made by companies. not me or others i know.
even if you think we are off base, there is enough evidence to press the issue.

the "yellow box" or the "special edition" does exist.
is was a promo/ marketing edition, as it applies, to the contract, that was expiring.
one has to understand, companies, are not that far from us, as individuals.
this set is just, a bigger example-but a much bigger example-
because of the movie, because of contracts etc etc.
what i mean to say..
is that this is no different, than thomas hector and coach, vs thomas hector and grey "short" truck
