What I have seen of them they are a must have for the Advance line. One of the big drawbacks as far as I am concerned is that the trains slowed or hesitated around the regular Plarail curves. The videos I have seen with these newly designed curves there is absolutely zero slow down or hesitation for the trains.

Too bad you cant really use the yellow girders on top of a track. it blocks the rails for the train.
Need to order 500 advance girders... Rolleyes

One of the straight track has female/female on both ends.
Also the curve tracks are only one sided and they are two different set.

That seems odd to me, you would think that the curves would be both female if they can't be flipped then the connectors would be used with them.

My bad, after setting up the set, two of the straight tracks have F/F end connector. The 3 red squares indicates where the connector goes.
