Ok...this isn't from my brain as I did some surfing to come up with these 2 however they might not meet the criteria as they are characters but maybe not a toy. Another crane... Merrick the Quarry Crane and Owen a vertical traction boiler. Owen may also be considered with wheels as it looks like he has big round gears. to bring the hoppers up and down the slope.

the trick was owen, a character that is a trackmaster toy that has a face but no wheels

I want to take a moment and apologize for butchering this question. I live in ny. and we've been pounded with snow and ice. and I've been chopping ice all day! 3inches thick!
in conclusion: I knew 4 characters & forgot 1. thx upcwen.

yes merrick was just a flat piece imbedded in the blue mountain set. he really wasn't a free standing independent toy. thts what made the question tricky. owen was on a take n play set.
yes 3inches of ice here weather has been difficult to say the least.
the last one that I know of is really not too hard. but he is a toy character in the TM line. he is not a crane & in the show he is mobile and does have an engine the toy however is non-motorized
I believe all terrence' have wheels.
