Thanks for the replies. I guess I was wrong about my assumptions. I was able to get the roof open, though it did take quite a bit for force. Big Grin

On that note, time to talk about some good news.

Fellow BPT member Ron Thunderr fixed my Steam Along Thomas and the broken gear inside my E1! Thanks a lot to them for doing this for me Big Grin

And I have to say, that E1 is faaaast! It absolutely flies through the tracks!

It absolutely is! It's quite surprising considering I only paid 25€ for it plus it came with some tracks and the original water tower. Smile

Hello everyone,

A big order has arrived today!

The big thing I got was the Big Dome Station. The seller listed it for a cheap price since the sound wasn't working. Turns out it was due to some very bad battery corrosion, which was so bad that one of the battery connectors broke off as I was attemting to fix it. It's a bit of a shame, but otherwise it's in good shape.

Secondly I got the Tokyo Station set, which also came with the 0 series Shinkansen from it's matching set. The paintjob on the 0 series has seen better days, but runs nicely.

Thirdly, a N700 in the special rainbow design. From my quick research, this livery was to celebrate the opening of a new segment on the Kyushu Shinkansen line in 2011.

Lastly is probably the most unique locomotive in my Plarail collection. This is the Hyper Guardian Trans-Liner. I always loved articulated steam locomotives, and I don't think Tomy has ever done anything like this again.

Hey everyone,

While I haven't gotten any new items to show (yet), I found something I didn't know I still had. I was looking to sell my old Hotwheels collection, and while I was looking through them I found this Tomica Hypercity police car.

It's definitely not in great shape, but I'm just surprised I even have this, as most of my old Hypercity stuff was donated away.

This is the E231 in the Utsunomiya Line livery. This version has sound and the old style chassis.

The sound unit makes running this locomotive a lot more fun Smile
