I love all the special track pieces and buildings and that Amtrak is beautiful. Is every piece in this Layout official Hotwheels items? Even this engine?

Yes! And yes, even that engine! They call it the Rail Rodder, it's not really a train engine, per sé (you'll notice it doesn't exactly fit on the tracks) but as a kid, I always regarded it as one nonetheless.
