hello,
i had the same problem with my molly what i did was get a spare motor like the one she has which is the spencer motor i unscrew her and the motor from the spare engine put it in and now shes great runs fast but loud but theres a lot of spare engines with the same motor

Well, tested and Caitlin has a dead motor so on to the next step... thanks for all the help. V
