It's very strange. This person has some engines which I didn't think were out yet like Thomas as Batman, James as The Flash, Warrior James, and what others confirmed as Charlie as Beast Boy even though the seller thought it was Hulk. The seller also has a lot of weird hybrids they must've made themself, like Robot Edward's body with Thomas as Superman's face and Emily's wheels. Perhaps she has some form of contact with someone who works for Fisher-Price?
I purchased the lot that has possibly Beast Boy as well. I'll post pictures when it arrives.
Also found new 3-packs today!!! The only 2 I didn't have out of these packs for our collection were Chillin' Skarloey and Dino Stephen.

i get making a profit, but grrrr double the price, plus near on $100NZD for shipping?! and hes got 5 of them. no wonder they sold out so darn quick.

i dare say those other minis are factory made counterfeits, same as what has happened with pixar cars for the last 8 years. the most surprising thing to happen with cars was the small mattel ones being sold with decals later used on the larger disneystore diecasts. so the faking had to include scaling down the decals as well. even now, cars are rolling out the factory backdoors on a regular basis. as soon as mattel shuts down one, someone else starts up.
i was wondering when this would start. am surprised it hasnt happened with the diecast, wooden and trackmaster ranges.

eBay says the seller is from Canada, but the Minis shipped from Thailand. I was so excited to get my son the Batman Thomas, because he loves Batman. However, if these are indeed fakes, I will buy nothing else from this individual. I also have my nephew looking for the 50 pack today in Cali. If we find a few would anyone be interested in one? I think they are $40 and not sure what shipping would be.

cougar, i would be interested in one set of 50.
i dont know they would be classed as fakes, as they are being made in the factory from genuine materials. but at the same time, they arent correct. lol. im currently considering try to get both auctions just for the heck of it. but at the same time i dont want to encourage the behaviour either.

We've been checking all the walmarts regularly from Kingston to Trenton and pretty much all toy departments are torn apart. It looks like they are in the middle of switching things around and restocking them. I spoke to one employee who said they have lots of stuff in the back, just not on the shelves yet. Hopefully soon.
