RE: Trackmaster Glynn - MuddyPoppins - 04-01-2015 Yes @ucwepn Fisher Price is notoriously sloppy and inconsistent with their usage of stock photos!!!...This is not the first time that they have used the wrong train picture in their advertising... One of the funniest ones is on the backside and layout of the 2011-2013 "collect them all" checklists that show a Tomy/HiT black roofed Harvey on the tracks!! That's classic FP!! RE: Trackmaster Glynn - Super - 04-02-2015 In my business mind I don't understand how somebody isn't held responsible for errors like this. Don't they have procedures in place to prevent such things. How embarrassing. RE: Trackmaster Glynn - MuddyPoppins - 04-02-2015 Yes Super you would think so, and the Harvey was on the checklist for years!! It really it a great example of how disfunctional Fisher Price is...I just don't know what thier problem is? If they are really that disorganized and inept in their upper management, or if they really just truly don't care? It's definatly one, and maybe both, because things like the wrong product, (or worse yet the competitors product) being used in photos for advertising merchandise, is a big red flag!! RE: Trackmaster Glynn - Gerisplarail1 - 04-02-2015 I think they just don't care, which is a huge insult to their customers intelligence, which they probably consider their target audience to just be small children who will not notice their blatant negligence not adult collectors like ourselves. RE: Trackmaster Glynn - sunhuntin - 04-02-2015 all 3 of the first crash n repair engines have prototypes pictured on the back of the box. RE: Trackmaster Glynn - Tootally Thomas - 04-02-2015 If you wonder how Mattel operate . They sacked their CEO after xmas and then laid off 4000 staff worldwide . They have now rehired the ex CEO as a consultant and are paying him $125000 a month which is more than he was on as CEO. Go figure RE: Trackmaster Glynn - Super - 04-02-2015 RE: Trackmaster Glynn - MuddyPoppins - 04-02-2015 Hmmm... That's actually Fisher Price's greatest financial move ever!! Thats,(let's just say ballpark $25k staff base pay) X 4000 employees = $100,000,000.00 per year in wages Or $125,000.00 ex-CEO pay X 12 months =$1,500,000 salary ??? No brainer... Geniusnesses!! RE: Trackmaster Glynn - Powerful Gordon Mike - 04-02-2015 Muddy Talking Thomas is in the mail, and I am moving back east.
