Well, I finally cracked the case of the make/model of the clockwork motor in the 'Charge Play' park-o-mat; While examining the parts again I found the word 'VIGOR W211' stamped just above the axle port on the motor casing.

VIGOR Toys is a clockwork motor manufacturer based out of China who make various specialised motor designs. The only trouble I have thus-far is that the model W211 on their website comes in 3 variants [A,B & C], and while it is the correct shape and size motor, uses a winding knob rather than being a pull-back design, which is odd, and of course doesn't work with the park-o-mat.

Needless to say, I'm really glad to finally find where I may be able to get one of these, I'm now just hoping that if I find the right one, VIGOR will be able to send me a few directly - They appear to sell directly to the trade in bulk, but maybe I'll be lucky and be able to get a small order.

EDIT - YES!!!! I found VIGOR on Alibaba, meaning I should be able to order a small-run of motors as a 'sample' and therefore source a like-for-like replacement. The issue now is seeing if they make a variant of the W211 as a pull-back or not.

I'm definitely getting closer here, right thickness but not sure if it's the right size? It's a pullback though. I'm thinking if I swapped the axle from one of these [note the casing would allow for an axle to slide right through] to the one from the original motor, then i'd be in business. Still going to wait on VIGOR responding to my email query, but if they don't i'll just get one of these in the closest possible size and hope for the best.
