hi super,

yes, i pop in every so often. slowly getting rid, AOF is doing an amazing job. we've cleared $6000NZD so far. i do have more to send him, just need to have time to get into the wardrobe at mums again.

dr mop, somewhere i have the tomy trains wrist watch. never seen the hat before, that is really neat!

i take it you are quite a serious collector, like i was?

would anyone happen to have either of the tomytrain diesel engines with the front sticker missing? (the blue and white engine or the santa-fe styled engine). there’s some moulded detail can’t be seen underneath the sticker, and i need to know what it looks like (for reasons 😉) but i wouldn’t particularly like to remove the sticker from my own example.

Check out this site, it has what (I think) is everything in terms of rolling stock, track and sets
https://www.fallinsideahole.com/collections/other%20trains/TomyTrain/tomytrain.html

There's also other plarail related stuff on there, definitely worth a read. Smile

ah thanks, i have tried that site already though. i don’t think it features the entire line however, just the site owner’s (quite substantial!) personal collection. thanks anyway
