After looking at the Wiki more carefully than the first time, the Carriages and Coaches pack was indeed released in 2007. I guess that makes the 14 vent TOMY faced hybrid Annie & Clarabel a 2007 release, I assume late 2007.

That makes sense since the picture I have was from around Christmas 2007
Now I’m just wondering if the CAC-faced Annie and Clarabel were ever released with Thomas’ Toys R Us rerelease and if the hybrid ones were ever released in the CAC Pack

Carriages & Coaches #64046 was technically a Spring 2008 release, but was on shelves in time for the 2007 Holiday season, a standard practice.
