Thanks Vio, I was hoping it had some info on where its from. At least we all know now that it is indeed from 2003. Would be nice to also find where and for how long they were available if not for general retail.

It says that the B20 was an event exclusive at this "Parco Museum" (never heard of it) and that occurred in 2006, well beyond the 2003 release. So maybe this could be one of the many events this was an event exclusive at, possibly one of the more later ones.
