Might this taller bridge come in a bulk purchase that also included the larger green Emily Coach we guessed was from a Knockoff train? Might there be any Logos on it somewhere?

I think you may have scored the answer Detective Drew. Looking at this video for the Hypercity Rescue Volcano Set the Iron Bridge does look taller than the normal Tomy bridge. And if you look closely at how the bridge snaps into the riser it is exactly how the taller bridge connects which is different than the normal height bridge.
