RE: Homemade remote control James and Gordon - dizzysmash - 07-18-2018 I’m gonna put together a parts list and quick guide for anyone that might wanna give this a go RE: Homemade remote control James and Gordon - Super - 07-19-2018 Thanks Dizzy for the picture of those lights. What are is the voltage for those and can you cut and shorten them? Wait...does each of the drilled holes have a light in them? RE: Homemade remote control James and Gordon - dizzysmash - 07-19-2018 no problem :-) i believe 3 volts is the minimum the they need. mine came attached to a green battery box which was setup for 4.5 volts, i took out the little circuit board that had the power button on it, did a little soldering to get the terminals off and connected wires for a single battery instead. the holes don't have light in them, its just shining thru. i imagine you can cut them but i just bunched them up tightly, cut out a little out of middle of the tender and stuck them in.
