RE: Track part identification help - leylandvictory2 - 07-13-2017 perhaps one can use the 3D printer to print the missing track. Or simply buy one brand new but it will cost you an arm and a leg. Another possible solution is put a track over the existing tracks. it may create clearance issue. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Auto-Railroad-Crossing-Station-Model-Train-Tomy-/222273549754?hash=item33c08935ba:g:jUYAAOSwLnBX9v~Y RE: Track part identification help - Nigels - 07-14-2017 (07-12-2017, 07:10 PM)Super Wrote: Sorry Nigels, If I had only known. They are an odd ball piece and one I wish Plarail had made with the blue track couplings on both sides as it would make a nice short rise and I certainly would have incorporated in a Layout. Thanks Super, if you do see any or if you come across more in one of your infamous bundles please do let me know (07-13-2017, 12:17 AM)leylandvictory2 Wrote: perhaps one can use the 3D printer to print the missing track. Good idea, but at the moment I don't yet have a 3D printer, I keep thinking about it, but the tech still seems to be a bit too primitive (i.e. for geeks) than I'd like it. Not that I have a problem with 'geek' tech, just I don't have the time to mess around with it at the moment |
