Now that does deserve a video!! Would be a number one hit on utube RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - ripley802 - 10-23-2016 There is one that popped up on the Japan auctions.. http://www.jauce.com/auction/o160302318 RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - Super - 10-23-2016 That sure took o while from when it was released. I am surprised it took so long. RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - MuddyPoppins - 10-23-2016 I think it's because it is SO AWESOME that even the most hardened profiteering seller would pause for a moment to admire its beauty and to reconsider their decision to even sell it!?!? Lol RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - Nigels - 10-23-2016 (10-23-2016, 02:13 PM)Super Wrote: That sure took o while from when it was released. I am surprised it took so long. It all depends Super, how big/small was the limited edition? Seeing how quickly it sold out I'm suspecting maybe ToysRUs didn't realise it would be so popular and didn't get enough made. May have caught the touts out a bit for once as it wasn't in a PlaRail store or similar Mind you bearing in mind the possibility there is always the chance they'll be a second wave. I've seen for example 'limited edition' Skylanders in the UK TRU stores which sold out and then months later the wall was covered with them... RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - Tharazero1 - 10-25-2016 It will be a future highly sought after set RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - MuddyPoppins - 10-26-2016 These trains are rediculous!! Honestly, I cannot think of many releases that are in the same caliber as these two!! Maybe, Lost and Found Hiro, or Plarail Talking Henry are equal in shear quality, feel, appointments, and overall look of craftsmanship, but they are both tendered, and gimmicky talking models...THESE are the nicest straight single engines (James is untendered) that Plarail, OR ANY OTHER (HitToys/Fisher Price) has ever made!! EVER. HANDS DOWN!! Just sick. To think that they come together is just crazy!! I can't even say one is nicer than the other either...Thomas is just absolutely beautiful, but James' black finish is stunning, so clean, with unbelievably crisp, sharp lines and detailing on them both. I have been staring at them for almost two days now, looking and thinking, thinking and looking, sleeping with the box under my pillow (haha just kidding), just waiting to open it with Tully when he comes back home tomorrow!! RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - Super - 10-26-2016 Can't wait for a video as I think it will be the first of this set on YouTube, at least I haven't seen one yet. Also will be nice to see a side by side comparison with the Trackmaster 2 release. RE: L@@K! Green Thomas & Black James - leylandvictory2 - 10-31-2016 in case anybody wants to get this set. I found one for sale on ebay. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Toys-R-Us-LIMITED-Plarail-Green-Thomas-Inky-James-First-Story-Set-/232114332222?hash=item360b17a23e:g:wnQAAOSwNRdYAQtc RE: L@@K!
