Nope, not a flip face, just a TnA. Thanks for the suggestions. I think a mod/custom would be cool.

Please don't customize it, the way I see it with rare toys like this is that most if not nearly all have been thrown in the trash and the very few remaining examples should be kept original for future generations.

Here are a few more pics for reference.

From left to right. (Broken TnA shell, my existing TnA shell, a regular Henrietta shell, and finally the Toby shell.

And here is one showing the difference in the TnA one versus the regular Henrietta end piece.

The TnA one has a screw that secures the black pieces. In addition the piece I am missing is the one that secures the shell to the chassis.

As for the Toby shell, I think I could match the shell color and touch it up, then get the stickers from a regular Toby. The shell is different than a regular Toby so swapping them would not work.

Side note. I did test him and the sound and motor works fine. Big Grin

An idea for a custom would be to make Toby in his original LNER livery, or one of his brothers from when he was on the LNER. As for Henrietta, maybe try replacing her with Victoria. Although, I don't know how well that would work, as I believe Victoria was always at the back of the train, and sometimes Elsie behind her. She may also be a bit too big for whatever chassis the TnA Henrietta used. If it doesn't work, I guess try and restore Henrietta or make her an ordinary coach.
