I know what TUGS is. I actually tried to make a Ten Cents model using DAS with the hull from a toy boat (it no longer floats due to the weight of his DAS body).

Actually I tend to rewatch episodes alot, I even have the ertl tugs, 3 tugs books, 2 bandai models, and 1 vhs tape

Yes, that's Theodore Too, which is a false tugboat since it carries passengers.
