I just went to Target this morning too... Was hoping to catch the shelves for a fresh stock but there was nothing. Absolutely nothing. The Glow in the Dark were found in US (California) at Target but mine has is not getting with the program. . .
Go to your store and ask them for this item, glow in dark minis item code 08796133892, these are in stores but not on shelves for some odd reason. I've purchased 36 sets this way. Getting them for a UK mini group I belong to.

Do you have the 9 digit code from your receipt? With that, many here in the states can use various sites to check Targets inventory.

It's a 5-engine blister pack. There is a picture of it on both of the wikias.
