looks good and with the face off and a repaint it could pass for the old BR parcels truck that its based on
Is this a hard to get model do you know?

This model was very much scarce during the heyday of HiT Toys TrackMaster, and is very pricy on eBay and various sites to simply find one; the cheapest I have seen is about $75 - 90.00 U.S., and the most expensive one I've ever seen is her new-in-box with free shipping for $200.00 U.S.

Getting this model is not easy. I have looked for some and to get them new for a reasonable price is unlikely. I have seen them go for over 100 bucks!

I was very lucky to find it new in the pack for $50 and it was a pleasure to open it on camera (I'm sure one hasn't been removed from its packaging for years). I am on the hunt for an Alfie now.

Keep hunting guys even used they are fairly easy to service back to a newish condition, they go very well with a train motor too if the original is tired or dead.

madge is rare! i was lucky enough to find one in a gold coast toy store a few years back. think i snagged her for $15AUD.
thinking about it, all the motorized vehicles are hard to find.

I scored Madge and Ned new in packaging for $7.50 each before their crazy price rise.
