Right you are Jdog, I had forgotten about that and had to go back and look it up. Thanks to ThomasFan3004 for the video. The Windmill can be heard at the 1:09 minute mark however, to me, the song sounds like it was digitally added to the clip so we can only assume its what comes with the toy. Is that the one you wanted Sun?

According to the description, the traction wheels are used to make clattering sounds when roll by hand!
