Trouble with painting eyes

Hello, it's me again, FabiCrafter48. I was trying to repaint the eyes, more specifically a Hit Toy Co. Trackmaster Henry because to be honest I'm not a big fan of the unpainted eyes style, it feels so cheap and off for me.

Which kind of tools I should use?

Thanks in advance!

Not convinced with the final result...

Anyways, if you have a pen use the marker ink and put it at the tip of the pen for eyebrows

I usually use the rounded end of a paintbrush or a screwdriver and dab the paint on until i get the desired pupil size.

For eyebrows I go in and paint them usually with a craft knife but I've used a thin brush on occasion

Seems to me I remember seeing something like Ffar above eludes to for the pupils on the 'Custom Trackmasters' YouTube Channel but I can't remember exactly what he used to make perfect pupils.

I have to watch, I think Custom Trackmaster used Tomy wheel axle for Oliver's eyes.

I want to share the method I did for painting eyes, pupils and eyebrows.
First, I started painting the eyes and teeth with corrector ink brush, the leftover areas were cleaned with a used very thin pen (something sharp and small works too, like a wood stick)

For the eyebrows and pupils I used the same used very thin pen, note the pen no longer had ink in it, so I used acrylic black paint.

Done! I have to clean some areas but it looks very good now.

I did the same process with a HiT Toy Company Thomas. After cleaning him (he was very dirty) I started the same process of painting eyes, with the difference I added a nail polish finish after painting. The image of Thomas with the classic red running board is too big so I can't upload it, sorry!

Now Thomas looks like it's from prototype Plarail 2003 Thomas!!  Big Grin
