You're in luck, Gerisplarail1! I've got a pair of wheels with that gear!

Are they blue wheels off a Tomy Thomas?

my regular Tomy Thomas does not have the spring on the axle by the gear and I am not gonna take it apart to see if it works in the C 11 Thomas.

if you pay shipping for the C 11 Thomas engine from me to you I will send it in exchange for the Tomy wheel replacement you have.

does the spring even matter in this instance?

I just took apart my regular Tomy Thomas and I cannot remove the rear axle with out wrecking it but I am almost 100% sure it will work in the C11 Thomas!

They are blue wheels off of a TOMY Thomas; I've got two pairs, so I can send them both to you so you can see which set works properly. I'll also send you a pair of spare side rods, just in case something goes awry with the removal of the ones from your C11 Thomas Engine.

The spring matters for some models in the range, as it can help keep the gear from shifting from its designated area; I discovered this from a late TOMY USA Henry model I once owned, which has long been resting in peace.

I've got one with your name on it; there is a very minuscule difference, so I would suggest installing it first and seeing how it runs.

Only the gear; came from a very old TOMY USA Thomas I used to have. Other than that, you would just need to put on a new pair of traction tires.
