I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume there are no three packs or seven packs for 2020.
You know how I reached this conclusion? No cargo cars for each theme. And it's late January, you'd think they'd be out by now.

I’m going to agree with you on the 7 packs. I’m guessing we’ll just see blind bags and maybe theme 10 packs like last year. Who knows about larger packs 20,30 etc.

There wasn't even a 30 MINIS! set in 2019, which had been an annual tradition before that point.

Yeah I guess the 30 pack with the ‘beach’ theme minis was 2018. It really feels that the minis releases have been a ‘figure it out as we go’

The current 2020 minis seem like they are going to be a lot of repeated packaging.

2015 - 50 MINIS! with five exclusive "Warrior" characters
2016 - 30 MINIS! with three exclusive "Insect" characters
2017 - 30 MINIS! with three exclusive "Slime" characters
2018 - 30 MINIS! with three exclusive "Beach" characters
2019 - nothing, but there were several 10 packs such as Easter and "Stylin" which contained exclusive themed characters not found anywhere else. This is probably what we'll see in 2020 as well.

Doesn’t seem to be much going on with Minis these days. Seems pretty quiet out there...

Haven’t seen any of the blind bags in Canada or US. Only seen the Trackmaster cars. That’s only 24...also a waste of money and packaging. No 3 packs or 7 packs.
