@Super,

the "Plarail 60th Anniversary Special Set" is an event Plarail set to celebrate 60th anniversary. This set will release in June.

Other than that, I heard Tomy will release Boulder's Mountain Set in July.

I remember seeing a glimpse of the Boulder Mountain Set, although I haven't yet seen a video of it in action, but I can't remember what would be in the 60th Anniversary Set. There is the 60th Anniversary set with the N700 & Type 300 Shinkansen set but that has already released.

We have probably talked about it but I can't remember.
Is this the Plarail 60th Anniversary Special Set?

Oh, maybe that is it T-Boy, I had forgotten about that one.

Is it just me or is there something in that picture that is very strange? Anyone else see it?
I'm planning to get that set some day

Might be the fact that it's driven by the black truck instead of the engine (there was an earlier version where the engine was motorised). Both are remakes of the original Plarail train from 1959, before motors (and realistic designs) were introduced.
Thats not the strange part I am seeing...
The locomotive has a front hook coupler that’s installed upside down.

Front hook pointing at the sky?
Bingo...OTR & Chrisjo are the winners Big Grin

How could that be an official promotional picture if it weren't supposed to be that way....right? Undecided
