Great catch on the Amazon and the Walmart bag codes being different. I’m guessing the Amazon bags have different codes as some of the numbers don’t quite line up with the true 2018 wave 4 codes. Such as those found at Walmart and Target. That Amazon mystery bag will always contain Birrhday Thomas and is only exclusive to the Party Surprise Box. If you happen to come across a 54 Skarloey in your travels I would be truely greatful. I’ll send you a PM.

Listing picture mistake gives us first look at Stanley light-up engine, if it ever gets released.

To add to your light-up trivia. The picture of Rosie used is the prototype and features her old design. The actual Rosie light up features her new design

In post 2369 Ms. Pill posted pictures of the 2018/3 and 4 insert/booklet.  It seems like that one looks different than what I got in 2018/4 blind bag because hers did not have labels, and this can clear up few things:

Ferdinand pictured, but listed as Skarloey.
It also lists Yong Bao as "returning classics" while 2018/3 was the first time it was released as blind bag.
Monkey Percy is pictured, listed as Camo Rosie (in addition to actual Camo Rosie)
All others from Drew's 2018/3 and 4 are accounted for.

In reference to releases that are not listed, does anyone recall if we had similar papers from earlier bags with engines that were not part of the wave or vice versa?

The insert without names, came from the Amazon blind bags.

Were those sold by Amazon or did you get blind bags from 3rd party seller? Or the party favor blinds (mis-numbered 2018/4 bags)?

The “New” Rosie...

They were sold by Amazon in the “party cargo” box that contained the birthday Thomas and 2018/4 mislabelled bags.

Hi, does anyone know which packs GBR19 and GBR16 refer to?
