According to the toy department manager, all Walmart stores in Canada should have received the 50 pack and advent sets as part of their assortment.
5+ of each at SquareOne Walmart in Mississauga.
cant wait for both clear photos of the new stuff and to be able to actually buy them!

The cost would obviously depend on how much you pay for filament. When I first built my printer, I started off with some cheap filament while getting to grips with things, but now pay more for a better quality. I'm currently paying around £20 GBP per kg, but I can get hold of cheaper reels for £14 GBP per kg.

The straights and curves are about 4g each. The intersections are 5g to 6g each. The bridge weighs in at 54g, and the banked section (which has since been redesigned and not printed) is 33g.

For the layout design I posted, that would be a total weight of 306g, costing me £6.12 GBP in plastic, not much in electric bills, and countless hours of printing.

I would highly recommend you keep up the lobbying. Many people don't see the need for a 3D printer at home at the moment, but when you have one, you don't know what you'd do without it.

A single straight or curve piece takes around 20-25 minutes to print. Printing more in one go makes it quicker to do. The banked curve takes about 2.5 hours to print.

I designed and built my printer a few years ago now, and it's only this week that I've finally seen an advert for one (the Dremel Idea Builder) on television.

I think the US Walmart.com site is a little confused. It lists the 50 pack with photos of the advent and 50 pack included. Of course it is still out of stock.

Have you noticed that the prices change all the time even though it's out of stock. Yesterday I noticed that the price of the advent calender had went up from $26.72 to $42.76. And the 50 pack went from $43 to $68.

I'm located in GTA - Happy to announce that the advent calendar is now available in stores (well, only a handful since most are OOS).
I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed in the overall packaging. Seems extremely flimsy. I haven't opened up the flap but I hope it is durable enough for my 3yo to play with!!
Hello everyone! I am new to this forum, I just want to ask if wave 4 available in Canada yet? I am in Markham, Ontario. Thanks!
